For International Customers:
  • Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal — For global customers
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay — Where supported
  • Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer — For bulk or B2B orders (on request)

  1. Currency

  • All prices are listed in USD by default.
  • Indian customers may also see prices in INR (Indian Rupees) based on location or selected currency.
  • Final billing currency will be displayed at checkout.

  1.  Payment Security

  • All payments are processed via SSL-secured, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
  • We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
  • UPI payments are handled through trusted aggregators with two-factor authentication (2FA) as per RBI norms.

  1.  Order Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • For UPI payments, you will also receive a payment success confirmation from your UPI app/provider.

  1. Failed/Declined Payments

If your payment fails:

  • For UPI: Ensure the UPI ID is entered correctly and the app is responsive.
  • For Cards: Check card details and available balance.
  • Try an alternative method or contact our support team.

  1. Invoicing & GST

  • Indian customers will receive a GST-compliant invoice.

Please enter your GSTIN during checkout if you are purchasing for a business.

  1. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • UPI refunds may reflect faster depending on the issuing bank or app.
  • Disputes or incorrect charges should be reported within 7 days of the transaction. Refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

  1.  International Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.

    • ABOVE 10000 PCS 23% DISCOUNT ON TERRY SHEET AND TOWELS
    • The prices above are exfactory excluding Package and Transport.
